When your needs are temporary
Connections Personnel pays the employee and handles all the tax
contributions and deductions required by state and federal law.
Should you be interested in hiring a temporary employee, please

have the ability to do in-house drug testing as well as criminal

No employee is sent on an assignment until all procedures are
completed and all references are checked.

Direct Hire
When your needs are permanent, Connections Personnel will develop an accurate
job description, screen, interview, and test all applicants and only send you
qualified candidates. We offer a 30, 60, 90-day guarantee. There is no fee for
any services until you have actually hired a candidate referred by Connections
Personnel, Inc.

Temp to Hire
Our Temp to Hire Placement program allows you to observe your potential
employees performance for an extended period before you need to make a hiring
decision. You are under no obligation to hire the employee. If you decide to
convert them onto your payroll there is no conversion fee.

Payrolling
When you need to additional personnel but are unable to add them
to your payroll or you want to test them out before you make a commitment,
you can place them on our payroll for as long or as short as needed.
If they do not work out you will not have any unemployment or potential
legal headaches to deal with.
